Wavelet Engineering PLC is seeking an accomplished and visionary *Chief Executive Officer (CEO)* to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in:

- Contract acquisition and commercial management
- Project execution and operational improvement
- Cash-flow management and profitability enhancement
- Organisational transformation and leadership development
- Strong strategic, financial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
