Job description

The Projects Head is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client expectations, and operational standards. The position requires strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective project delivery—especially in complex sectors such as telecom infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred) • PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects (telecom/construction preferred) • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and risk management • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills • Strong understanding of EHS and quality standards • High proficiency in reporting, planning tools, and performance tracking • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Work conditions:

• Office-based with frequent travel to project sites and regional operations • Exposure to construction and telecom site environments (remote areas, heights, harsh weather) • Requires extended working hours during critical project phases • High level of responsibility for delivery performance and client satisfaction • Interaction with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on a daily basis

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure • Develop project strategies, execution plans, and resource allocation frameworks • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction • Supervise and evaluate project managers, engineers, and operational teams • Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards across all projects • Monitor project KPIs, track progress, and implement corrective actions when needed • Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting • Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations • Ensure timely preparation and submission of project documentation (reports, ATPs, acceptance) • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency
