Job description
We are seeking a highly capable Telecom Installation (TI) Implementation Manager to lead and execute complex telecommunications infrastructure projects for our partner company. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical field execution and high-level project management, ensuring the smooth and efficient rollout of telecom networks. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, driving operational excellence while maintaining rigorous standards for site safety, budget compliance, and quality control.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in telecom installation (TI) and infrastructure, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end telecom deployments, including BTS, Microwave, and Fiber optic rollouts.
Strong familiarity with telecom health and safety protocols (accredited Risk Assessment and Electrical Safety certifications are a strong advantage).
Exceptional leadership, vendor management, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Work conditions:
Hybrid Environment: Split evenly between the corporate office for planning and active project sites for field oversight.
Dynamic Pace: Fast-moving telecom field conditions requiring occasional flexible hours to meet critical network rollout deadlines.
Collaborative Culture: Direct engagement with a network of skilled field engineers, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute TI projects from site acquisition and surveying through to final installation and network integration.
Oversee daily site operations, managing field engineers, rigging teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless workflow.
Conduct strict site audits to enforce compliance with all engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, track budgets, and deliver routine progress reports to senior management.
Resolve technical escalations on-site promptly to prevent delays and optimize installation efficiency.
