Job description

The Telecom Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of telecom rollout and upgrade projects by ensuring effective coordination between field teams, engineers, suppliers, and clients. The role focuses on tracking project progress, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring that activities are aligned with timelines, quality standards, and project objectives. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in telecom projects, coordination, or operations * Basic understanding of telecom domains (RAN, transmission, power, civil works) * Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with project tracking tools and reporting systems * Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Work conditions:

* Primarily office-based with occasional field/site visits * Interaction with multiple teams including engineers, subcontractors, and clients * May require extended working hours during peak project phases * Fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and reporting requirements * Exposure to telecom project environments and operational challenges

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily project activities between field teams, engineers, and management * Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against the plan * Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers * Follow up on pending tasks, materials, and approvals to avoid delays * Support scheduling of site activities, meetings, and resource allocation * Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders * Assist in managing subcontractors and logistics coordination * Ensure compliance with quality and EHS requirements in coordination activities * Support preparation of acceptance documents and project closure reports * Maintain organized records of all project-related information and correspondence
